Can I change my recipe? If so, how?

Of course! You can change your recipe anytime by logging in to your account with your email and password, and simply selecting a new recipe.

Because we send samples of all of our recipes in your first delivery, you'll be able to see all of them for yourself, and tell which your dog would like to receive again. 

If your dog loves all of our fresh dog food recipes, you can turn on the Recipe Rotation feature in your account, to receive a different recipe automatically every week! You can select which recipes to include or not in your rotation.

 

When changing your dog's recipe, please keep in mind that any changes will need to be made by our weekly deadline at 12pm noon PST on Thursday to take effect the following week.
