To make it easier to coordinate your travel plans (and to give our hardworking kitchen staff time to be with family), we will be delivering 4 weeks worth of food either the week of 12/10 or 12/17. Our kitchen will be closed the weeks of 12/24 and 12/31. Please take note of the schedule below.
The week of 12/10 or 12/17
We will be shipping you and your Nommers double your normal order to last you through the weeks we will be closed. Please keep one week of food in the fridge to feed your hungry pack and freeze the rest for later.
The weeks of 12/24 and 12/31
We will NOT be delivering. Please defrost your frozen meals from your previous shipment to get through the holidays (defrosting instructions here).

Will I be charged double for my delivery the week of 12/10 or 12/17?
Yes, because we will be sending twice as much food the weeks of 12/10 or 12/17, you will be charged twice your normal amount.
What if I’ll be traveling?
If you’ll be traveling during this time, you can use the ice packs and liners we send to keep your NomNomNow cold in transit. If you need to change your delivery address before your order is placed, you can do that from your account (instructions here).
What if I am currently paused for my double delivery (week of 12/10 or 12/17)?
Please note that if your account is currently paused for your double delivery week, your pup will NOT receive meals that week and will NOT have enough food to get through the holidays. Please unpause your double delivery order before the order cutoff time.
What if I am currently active for the grayed out delivery (week of 12/24 or 12/31)?
We will not be delivering any weekly orders the weeks of 12/24 or 12/31 regardless if the grayed out date says active or paused.
