Q – When will new delivery changes take effect?
A – Friday, December 1, 2017, for customers in CA & NV and Saturday, Dec 2 for customers in WA, OR, UT, & AZ.
Q – What is the deadline to make any changes to my account to take effect on my new delivery day?
A – 12 pm PST, Sunday, November 26, 2017.
Q – Why are you changing delivery days?
A – Shifting our delivery days will ensure more reliable delivery throughout the year and especially during the holiday season. As a result, we are excited to offer another delivery day.
Q – What are the new delivery times?
A – Other than the actual delivery day, nothing has changed by way of hours of delivery. Current delivery partners will continue to be Fedex and Ontrac and deliveries can occur between 8 am and 9:30 pm.
Q – Is there anything I need to do to accommodate this change?
A – No. With the exceptions of marking your calendar and letting your pups know. Please note your new cutoff date and time for any recipe changes, address changes, or pauses will be Sundays at 12 pm PST.
Q – Is the food still as fresh since the date has moved?
A – Great question! Absolutely. Our kitchen will be running at full speed and cooking your food fresh for Friday and Saturday delivery. We're running the identical production cycle just a few days later, with the same length of time between cooking->bagging->shipping.
Q – Can I move back and forth my delivery dates?
A – Unfortunately, no. We do not allow any moving of delivery dates. If you need to change a permanent delivery date, please contact us. We are happy to help find the delivery day that works best for you.
